This LIVE STREAM 6-week series is designed to (re!)introduce you to the physical, mental, and energetic practice of Vinyasa-style yoga- in the comfort and privacy of your own home! Based on our Beginner's Series, this series is ideal for anyone interested in learning this strong, meditative yoga style from scratch, but also designed so that practitioners of any level can deepen their yoga education.
Each live stream class is a complete one hour practice, with about 15 minutes of discussion/ lecture at the beginning of class.
